Welcome to Mobster Cleaning Service! By accessing or using our website, services, or scheduling a cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

We offer residential and commercial cleaning services within the Los Angeles area.

Services may include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialty requests.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment

All services must be booked through our website, www.mopstercleaningservice.com or authorized contact methods.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing.

We accept Zelle and all major credit/debit cards and secure online payment methods.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance incur no charge.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows or cancellations at the time of service may be charged in full.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide safe, legal access to the property.

Pets must be secured, and fragile or valuable items should be stored.

Mobster Cleaning Service is not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, unsecured items, or misuse of surfaces/products.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours. We may offer a re-clean at our discretion.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobster Cleaning Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

7. Independent Contractors

Our cleaners may be employees or independent contractors. In all cases, they are trained and vetted to meet our standards.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to decline service or terminate bookings at our discretion.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, CA.
